### Do we need to hire AI engineers?

No. That is us.

### Does this replace our IT team?

No. Your IT and security teams keep their jobs. We make AI work across them.

### What happens on the first call?

It takes thirty minutes. You walk us through one task your team does by hand and the systems it touches. We tell you whether AI can do it and what a trial would test.

### What do you set up first?

One task your team picks, for a small group, in a paid trial. We measure it against what you use today.

### How long does a trial take?

Usually two to four weeks. We agree on the length with you in writing before it starts.

### How much of our team's time does it take?

During the trial, a few hours a week from the people who do the task today. We do the building.

### What if our current AI tools already do the job?

Then keep them. We take on the work your current tools do not do well.

### Does it work with the systems we already have?

Yes. We build on the software you already run, so you do not replace or move anything. One agent we built works across a health record system, internal databases, and outside sources.

### Where does it run?

In your office or your own cloud account, such as AWS or Azure. Other work only goes to AI services you approve that sign the privacy agreement your industry requires.

### Can it run in our AWS or Azure account?

Yes. The AI runs on servers in your account, under your settings. Your files only go to Amazon's or Microsoft's own AI services if you allow it.

### Which AI do you use?

Both kinds: AI you run yourself and AI from the big providers. Your team uses only what we have vetted and you have approved.

### Can you train AI on our own data?

Yes, when ready-made AI falls short. We train it on your records for jobs like sorting documents and triaging requests, and it runs where you choose.

### Do we have to buy computers?

No. It can run in your own cloud account. If it runs in your office, rent the hardware from us with upkeep in one monthly fee, or buy it outright.

### What does it cost?

Typical starting budgets are $15k to $25k for an assessment and $35k or more for a build. We agree on scope and price before work starts.

### Will you sign a BAA?

Yes. We sign Business Associate Agreements with customers who handle patient information.

### Do you hold security certifications?

Not today. We completed CSA STAR Level 1, a security self-assessment published by the Cloud Security Alliance, and we keep records of who approved and used each AI.

### Have you done this before?

Yes. We built a model that triages clinical records for a health system, an agent that prepares prior authorizations for another, a model that classifies fraud and abuse for a bank, and an agent that triages documents for a law firm. Before Grayhaven, Tyler built more than twenty AI systems in three years at LexisNexis.
