# Applied AI for serious work.

Grayhaven is an AI deployment company. We build custom models and AI agents for healthcare, legal, and banking teams.

## Selected work.

For health systems, a bank, and a law firm.

- **Triage across 3 TB of patient records.** We trained a custom model on a health system's own records to find and prioritize patients who may be at risk. [Read the case](https://www.grayhavenindustries.com/work#clinical-triage)
- **Prior authorizations, prepared by an agent.** We built an AI agent that researches and prepares prior authorizations across the health record, internal databases, and outside sources. [Read the case](https://www.grayhavenindustries.com/work#prior-authorization)
- **Fraud and abuse, classified by a model.** We fine-tuned a language model on a bank's own data to classify instances of fraud and abuse. [Read the case](https://www.grayhavenindustries.com/work#fraud-review)
- **Document triage, after legal AI fell short.** We built an AI agent that triages a law firm's documents, after the leading legal AI products it tried could not do the job. [Read the case](https://www.grayhavenindustries.com/work#legal-triage)

## What we build.

- **Custom models.** Models trained on your own records for jobs like sorting, scoring, and triage, when ready-made AI falls short.
- **AI agents.** Software that gathers information across your systems, reasons over it, and prepares the work, with people approving where it counts.
- **Testing.** Every system is measured on your real work against what you do today, before you pay to run it.
- **Operations.** We run what we build. We watch it, fix it, and upgrade it when something better passes our tests.

## AI keeps changing. We keep up.

What AI can do changes every few months, and keeping track is nobody's job at a clinic, a firm, or a bank. It is ours. When something better arrives, we test it on your work and bring it in.

## We prove it works first.

If AI does not beat what your team uses today, we tell you before you pay to run it.

- We watch how the work is done now, including the parts nobody wrote down.
- We find where AI helps.
- We test it on your real work.
- We compare it to what you use today.
- We run what does better.

## Your data, your rules.

- **Runs where you choose.** Your office, your own cloud account such as AWS or Azure, or an outside AI service you approve.
- **You approve every model.** Nothing new reaches your team until it passes our tests and you say yes.
- **A record of every use.** Who approved each AI and who used it, kept for when someone asks.

## Where mistakes are costly.

- [Healthcare](https://www.grayhavenindustries.com/industries/healthcare): Health systems, provider groups, and healthcare software companies.
- [Legal](https://www.grayhavenindustries.com/industries/legal): Law firms, legal service providers, and corporate legal departments.
- [Banking](https://www.grayhavenindustries.com/industries/banks): Community banks, credit unions, and the companies that serve them.

## Tyler Gibbs

Founder, Oklahoma City. I spent three years at LexisNexis building AI systems. After doing that, I realized there are a lot of companies where AI being mostly right just isn’t good enough. That’s why I started Grayhaven.

## Questions.

### Are you a consultancy or a software company?

An AI deployment company. We build AI systems for your work and run them.

### Have you done this before?

Yes. We built a model that triages clinical records for a health system, an agent that prepares prior authorizations for another, a model that classifies fraud and abuse for a bank, and an agent that triages documents for a law firm.

### Do we need to hire AI engineers?

No. That is us.

### What if our current AI tools already do the job?

Then keep them. We take on the work your current tools do not do well.

### Does it work with the systems we already have?

Yes. We build on the software you already run, so you do not replace or move anything. One agent we built works across a health record system, internal databases, and outside sources.

### How long does a trial take?

Usually two to four weeks. We agree on the length with you in writing before it starts.

### How much of our team's time does it take?

During the trial, a few hours a week from the people who do the task today. We do the building.

### Where does our data go?

Private work stays in your office or your own cloud account. Other work only goes to AI services you approve that sign the privacy agreement your industry requires.

### What does it cost?

Typical starting budgets are $15k to $25k for an assessment and $35k or more for a build. We agree on scope and price before work starts.

### Will you sign a BAA?

Yes. We sign Business Associate Agreements with customers who handle patient information.

### Do you hold security certifications?

Not today. We completed CSA STAR Level 1, a security self-assessment published by the Cloud Security Alliance, and we keep records of who approved and used each AI.

## Start with a paid trial.

One task, a small group, and two to four weeks. We agree on success with you in writing and measure it against what you use today. You see the full price first.
